The Lost Dog Café has been serving up great pizza, hot sandwiches and beer from around the world in Arlington’s Westover neighborhood
since 1985. Well known as a place to get great food at a
great price, the café also serves up a hefty slice
of compassion with each pizza.

Gourmet Pizza Deli.....and so much more.
Four great locations within Arlington VA and they deliver

This place is clearly here to stay, great offering's with serving fresh homemade items with a farm fresh mentality. The menu is great and exciting with awesome descriptions, such as the "Green Dog Dip", "Dog Collars", Pit Bull Pie", and my favorite "Yogi The Lab's Pie". Not only do thay offer fresh gourmet whole wheat pie but their pastas are not joke. Baked Ravioli with spinach, ricotta or porcini mushrooms served in a white wine or red sauce and how doesn't love homemade meatballs....

Great place and a wonderful amenity to any community because not only do they offer tasty, creative, fresh and fun foods for the whole family but the also offer beer and wines...yes beer and wine and in case you are just to tired to stop in they will deliver it all right to your home. Look how easy they have made it for you to eat right and not even get off the couch.

On another amazing great note Café owners Ross Underwood and Pam McAlwee have been rescuing stray dogs and cats almost as long as they have been in business and the effort continues. Since 2001, Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation has saved the lives of over 18,000 dogs and cats, helping them connect with loving families and forever homes.

I highly recommend patronizing the Lost Dog mostly because they are clearly doing the right thing in the kitchen but also because they are great humanitarian....my hats of to you all at the Lost Dog. This venue get four out of four corks in my book, check out their web site
 and eat well tonight.....
