Another amazing fine, Rock Sugar. One of a kind for now but I'm sure we'll be seeing more over the years to come. It's influenced by cuisines from Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia & India. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's amazing what one can create when provided with the right items, farm to table mentality, and passion for what you do. That's a recipe for success....
My hats off to Chef Mohan Ismail and his drive to give us such an experience. As a foodie I was honored dining in his restaurant and tasting his food. Only one in the world....for now. I highly recommend this place.
