Crusin on the Celebrity Summit...Amazing!!!

I had a opportunity to go on a Cruise, at first was very undecided

about the trip due to the misconception I had about cruises.

 

I couldn't have been more wrong. Seven day cruise leaving

Puerto Rico and stopping @ Barbados, St Lucia, St Antigua,

St Maarten, St Thomas and then back to Puerto Rico.

 

 

Over the next few days I'm going to be blogging my trip so you can see and experience what a great time I had. Being a foodie understand that I was like a kid in a candy store and was all over this ship.....checking out the front and back of the house. 

 

I took over 300 photos of all the food offering's, restaurants, bars and locals.

Becco on restaurant row....

When ever going to see a show in the theatre district you need to go to Becco for lunch....it's clearly the way to go and it just good eating. I've been to many other joints in the city but I always go back to the best.

Domaine Chandon Pinot Meunier


This red grape, best known for being blended into Champagne (Chandon is a top maker of California sparkling wine), matches easily with many foods. Produced in Carneros, the area that straddles the southern part of Napa and Sonoma, it has a healthy, food-friendly acidity and a lovely strawberry flavor.
Great with Chicken, shellfish, pork & amazing with Duck. I especially love it in the afternoon with a baguette and a good Brie.....

Trump Plaza Beach Bar

I called this place home for 8 of the 10 years it was open, working with a team of great employees that loved this bar.

 

We created the one of the best amenities in AC. It's simply a shame

what Trump Plaza has done to this bar and everyone still

hanging on within the plaza.

 

It bring a tear to my eyes to see the bar left on the beach like

trash on the curbside.... 

 

 

 

The two best things Trump Plaza ever had was their employees and the Beach bar....clearly you can see what Trump Plaza thinks nothing of either one of them....God bless you all
